      Cannot get enough the Lychee Rose Cake!

      Thank you for arranging to include delivery as very few cake vendors delivered to Tuas area! It arrived early so that we could prepare for our surprise celebration for my colleague. He is a person who loves pink! The cake fit into the puzzle perfectly. We do wished there was a candle and cake cutter included though. Nonetheless, we made do with what we had. The cake was not too sweet. The more we ate, the more we wanted more! Definitely should have gotten the bigger cake.

      Delivery screwed up, surprise ruined

      My cake was supposed to be delivered on 23 Nov as a surprise for the receipient. On the day itself, i received an email saying that my cake was out for delivery. My delivery timeslot was 6-9pm and i waited till 9pm to check with the receipient, who said she didn’t receive anything. I tracked my order on the site, and it stated that my cake delivery was fulfilled. Reached out to the team, who contacted me the next day saying the driver didn’t deliver it. Why was the order marked as fulfilled then? And my surprise was ruined, super upset about it and it invited a lot of trouble on my end. I will never patronise this business ever again.
