  • 1 bag of Granulated Sugar 
  • 1 bag of Chocolate Couverture
  • 1 pack of Cream of Tartar
  • 1 Limited Edition Annabella Patisserie Silicone Baking Mat
  • 3 Piping Bags
  • 1 Piping Nozzle
  • 1 Macaron tray (for 24 macarons) 
  • 3 Macaron boxes (for 6 macarons each)

You’ll need to prepare:

  • 100 mL Whipping Cream
  • 100 gram Egg White (~ about 3 eggs)

Equipments required: 

  • Electronic Scale 
  • Hand Mixer
  • Food Processor (Optional)
  • Sifter (Optional)
  • Mixing Bowls (bowls must be absolutely clean, free of oil or water)
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Baking Paper
  • Baking Pan
  • Oven (alternative: Air Fryer)

Macaron DIY kit a great hit

Due to the restrictions imposed during the pandemic, all camps and courses during the June holidays were cancelled. The macarons DIY baking kit was a life saver and great bonding activity for myself and my daughter. The instructions were easy to follow and ingredients all pre-packed. Final product was delicious and certainly motivated me to continue practising with the given silicon stencil mat and trays
