The online ordering for delivery was great. I live in the US and wanted to send my wife a treat, once ordered they were delivered within days and well received.

The free gift bag was actually tied together with the box of macarons . Which I had to remove from the box , & as a result , I’ve to gift the box without the ribbon . And the card was placed inside the box . I think it would be more logical that the free gift is packed by itself ? And there wasn’t any direct number or any form of contact / methods to track delivery in real time . I had to get my parent to wait for the delivery to come . I appreciate the fact that the delivery service is free . But I think there could be improvements . Otherwise, what’s the point of consumers inputting their contact number , if we as consumers can’t contact the delivery personnel or delivery team ? Besides this , the box of mooncakes were for my son’s infant care teachers , they loved it . Thank you !
