The macarons have always been delicious, which is why we keep coming back with repeat orders.
However, we were disappointed this time as we had clearly selected a delivery slot between 2–6pm, but the delivery was made before 12pm, when no one was at home. This raised concerns that the macarons could have been affected by the heat since they were left uncollected.
Although the delivery person eventually tried to recover the situation by sending them to a nearby address, it still caused us unnecessary stress and required us to coordinate with other family members, disrupting our busy schedules.
We truly appreciate the taste and quality of your products, but we hope the delivery service can be handled with more care to avoid such inconveniences in the future.
