Hi, i would like to share some feedback regarding my recent order:
2-Tier Unicorn Cake with meringue (3+6 inches) with Wedding Topper, scheduled for delivery to the void deck at 3pm on 26 October.
A day before the event (25 Oct), the delivery person called to request an earlier delivery around 2pm. I explained my concern about the cake melting, and he assured me that ice packs would keep it safe. I confirmed that the earliest acceptable delivery time was 2.30pm, as the cake cutting was only planned for after 4pm.
However, on the actual day, he called again wanting to deliver at 1+pm. My bridesmaid informed him once more to deliver only after 2pm–3pm. Despite this, the cake was still delivered at approximately 1.20pm, much earlier than agreed. Thankfully it did not melt before the cake-cutting, but this caused unnecessary stress on an already busy wedding day.
Additionally, I had clearly requested a wedding topper, but received a birthday topper instead. This was extremely disappointing, especially given that it was for my wedding and the purpose had already been communicated.
I hope you can look into these issues, as such mistakes and delivery miscommunication should not be happening for an important occasion like a wedding.

I really appreciate the smooth online ordering process. It was easy and convenient. The cake was delivered on time, in perfect condition, and tasted wonderful: fragrant with just the right level of sweetness. Overall, a great experience! One suggestion: it would be reassuring if Annabella Patisserie could contact customers a day before and on the delivery day to confirm readiness. This small step would provide extra peace of mind.
