Hi, I believe you have contacted me to clarify on my earlier review.
The maple cookies were OK but laksa cookies do not taste like laksa at all. Strong driedshrimp taste that overpowers everything else. Tasted like hae bee hiam instead of laksa. Would not recommend this flavour to anyone and suggest that you stick to conventional sweet flavours instead. If I could choose again, I would not buy the laksa cookies.

We thoroughly enjoyed this unicorn brownie! Brownie points for looking pretty too :) It’s a bit small though. Wish there’s an option for bigger size for parties
Actually, we didn't get this cake. Your staff member called me to tell me that this was unavailable and that only the strawberry cake was left. I had to accept it since we needed a cake for the birthday celebration and it was already too late to find another to deliver.
However, when I asked about the macaroons that came with the mangolicious cake.. I asked if they would still send it as a service recovery since it wasn't our fault that the cake wasn't in stock. At first your staff said no without hesitation. I then asked for a service recovery , they said they would check and never got back to me. Instead, they just sent the strawberry cake.
In the future, it would be nice to get an answer and perhaps a service recovery would be nice since it wasn't stated on your website that the mango cake was out of stock. You should have put it out of stock on the website in the first place. Then we could have decided if we would still go with your company and try the cake another day when it was in stock.
