Extremely disappointed

I have feedback to customer service on the state of my cake upon receiving. It was unpresentable as I believe it was ruined during delivery. The macarons dropped off and created a huge hole at the top of the cake and my son’s first birthday party was unpresentable and caused my 50 pax guests utterly disappointed. I would wish for more improvement on Annabella on this and this is unacceptable at all. This makes me even think twice of returning as a customer.
