Our mooncakes were SOLD OUT last year and this year our team is collaborating with Executive Pastry Chef Winnie Goh for the second time to create this limited edition snow skin mooncakes. Chef Winnie has more than 20 years experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in many 5 stars hotels in Singapore, such as Mandarin Orchard Hotel, Regent the Four Season Hotel, Pan Pacific Singapore, and Intercontinental Singapore. She also won  Pastry Chef of the Year award in 2018 World Gourmet Summit which is the most prestigious award for pastry chef.

Great mooncakes

The moon cake tasted as amazing as it sounds in the menu. Mooncakes weren’t overly sweet and the flavor just kept coming. Can’t look forward for next mid autumn just to get my hands on these yummy mooncakes once again. The only issue was when delivery guy handed over 2 moon cakes were overturned but it’s understandable and did not jeopardize the quality nor the appearance of it. Thank you so much for the mooncakes we totally loved it .
