Bad Delivery Service and Average Customer Service

Delivery service was quite bad in terms of timing (by ninjavan). I was promised delivery before 9am and it got delayed until 10:30am, which heavily affected our company's image as it was a gift prepared for our client. I already clarifed my situation beforehand with the customer service via whatsapp, but the reply was very slow and delaying all the confirmation of the order. Please look into your delivery service especially for the customized printing and corporate order.

Seller is a little busy so they might take time to reply to u. But they made a sample with e artwork I wanted before they ask me to pay. Macarons are kinda smaller than normal size. But they are individually packed in transparent plastic boxes. Ordered 100 to give away. All in good condition & everyone was really happy to receive. Overall I’m a happy & satisfied customer.

  • Any cancellation or change of mind, please whatsapp us 7 days in Advance, Full Refund will be provided for selected products, else 50% Refund if < 7 Days.
