There were some hiccups during the process with the backend team but it was sorted out. Except for the gift card, I wasn't aware that you do not provide printed messages for gift card so I was rushing back from work, get the prep done only to find the empty gift card, when I've specifically indicate the notes in the box provided upon checkout, and even reached out to your backend team to amend some typo errors, only thinking that your team will be assisting in printing out the gift card..
If you do not provide printing messages in gift card, please do remind your customers consistently as some of them may have left out the part to read in your website or T&C that you do not provide printing for gift card messages. Thank you.
