Poor Customer Service and Outcome of Surprise

Customer service is poor, not replied professionally and timely. What was communicated was not shown in the outcome. The gender reveal had a mixture of blue, pink and grey macarons despite clarifying beforehand that if the gender is a girl, all the macarons will be pink, it was agreed but did not show in the end product. Guests were confused and I was truly disappointed. There was no follow up or explanation of how such a situation could have occurred.

  • Re-Delivery request (i.e. due to recipient not home) you may request re-delivery at a fee of $18.

  • Any cancellation or change of mind, please whatsapp us 7 days in Advance, Full Refund will be provided for selected products, else 50% Refund if < 7 Days.
