Xmas Festive Gift

Place my order in advance for early bird discount. Order arrived within scheduled time. There's a silly mistake on the gift wrapping. I voice my concerns and took a picture to show them via watsapp. They rectify it almost immediately, apologised and gave an additional 20% discount. Definitely highly recommended to friends. Thank you!
