  • 1 x Chocolate Couvertures (to be melted and used to sandwich macaron shells)

ADD ON: 3 pcs of macaron boxes (additional $2). Each box can fit 2 pcs macarons. Boxes will be flat, self assembly required.

Chocolate filling was not included

The chocolate filling for the macarons was left out and was not in the DIY box. I sent a WhatsApp message to inform that the chocolate filling wasn't included and was told a refund will be given for the chocolate. Till now, I have not received any update and I have decided to give up on the refund since it's not a lot. But I personally feel that it's important to keep your word. If you said a refund will be given, it should.

On the positive side, it was my first order from your confectionery and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully the items were packaged.

  • Changes to Delivery Date/Time or any changes in Products, please message us 3 Days in advance and administrative fees of $10.70 (incl GST) applicable.  Fees is waived if it is an upgrade request and top-up value exceed $30.

  • Re-Delivery request (i.e. due to recipient not home) you may request re-delivery at a fee of $18.

  • Any cancellation or change of mind, please whatsapp us 7 days in Advance, Full Refund will be provided for selected products, else 50% Refund if < 7 Days.
